Our Pressotherapy treatment is an advanced form of lymphatic drainage massage.  The suit uses specially designed garments that gently inflate to precise, pre-set pressures. A pressotherapy treatment is often described as having a team of massage therapists working on the body simultaneously to flush out excess fluid, toxins, and metabolic waste. As relaxing as this treatment is, it is the work out equivalent to 20 minutes intense treadmill activity.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE

Our full body, 60 minute, manual lymphatic drainage massage uses a number of different techniques to design this treatment to your desired goals. The traditional Vodder method alongside the Foldi method is used to encourage drainage and expel toxins from the body. Wood Therapy and Brazilian Lymphatic Massage techniques can also be used for those wanting more body contouring.

WOOD THERAPY MASSAGE

This 60 minute treatment focuses on body contouring along side lymphatic drainage. Using a range of wooden apparatus to sculpt and define your natural contours. This is a great pre-event treatment.

OXYGEN THERAPY
