PRESSOTHERAPY

Our Pressotherapy treatment is an advanced form of lymphatic drainage massage.  The suit uses specially designed garments that gently inflate to precise, pre-set pressures. A pressotherapy treatment is often described as having a team of massage therapists working on the body simultaneously to flush out excess fluid, toxins, and metabolic waste. As relaxing as this treatment is, it is the work out equivalent to 20 minutes intense treadmill activity.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE

Our full body, 60 minute manual lymphatic drainage massage is customised entirely to you! As we are trained in a number of different drainage & massage techniques we are able to design this treatment to your desired goals. The traditional Vodder method can be used alongside the Foldi method to encourage drainage and expel toxins from the body. Wood Therapy and Brazilian Lymphatic Massage techniques can also be used for those wanting more body contouring.

WOOD THERAPY MASSAGE

This 60 minute treatment focuses on body contouring along side lymphatic drainage. Using a range of wooden apparatus to sculpt and define your natural contours. This is a great pre-event treatment.

MENOPAUSE MASSAGE

POST-OP MASSAGE

This treatment focuses upon healing. Using gentle drainage techniques, with red light & oxygen therapy together with our PEMF Mat you can expect to relax whilst you recover.

BODY WRAPS

A total detox. Starting the treatment on our vibration plate we then use castor oil and or magnesium in conjunction with our PEMF infrared sauna dome you can expect to burn up to 300 calories within 30 minutes. This treatment helps to remove toxins from the body, helps to ground and re-centre the body whilst being totally relaxing.
 

OXYGEN THERAPY

VITAMIN INJECTIONS

We only offer vitamin injections for vitamins that can be stored in the body and are better absorbed when directly administered into the bloodstream.
